We only accept returns of sealed skincare items within 7 days of purchase.
To request a return:
- Please email us a photo of the product along with a valid reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will process your refund.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
- If you wish to get a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.

- Opened, unsealed, or potentially used items are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
